What are your conditioning and workout routines for both you and your horse(s)? I like make sure they are in good shape before running a calf: rope the dummy a lot , practice depends on how my horse is working- if she’s good then I only run a few - I play guitar and rope as well and clean houses so my right shoulder has been bothering me - I get massages, do somatic workouts go to chiropractor as well as lifewave patches
